Afro-Textured Hair
Hair that naturally forms tight curls, coils, or kinks. Afro-textured hair often requires specialized care routines and products that focus on moisture retention, gentle cleansing, and protection from breakage. Appointment (Consultation Appointment)
A scheduled session between a client and a certified Frosense stylist where hair care needs are discussed. During an appointment, the stylist evaluates the client’s hair condition, goals, and routine, then recommends suitable treatments, products, or styling approaches.
Active Order
An order that has been successfully placed and is currently being processed, prepared for shipment, or awaiting delivery. Clients can track the status of their active orders directly through the Frosense client portal.
